Recently, I received Abs Roller as my birthday gift from my partner. This is because I wished to own one for quite a long time. I would like to have nice abs and arms. Overall, I want to slim down. For the first time I played, I am suffering from muscle ache for neck, shoulder, abs and arms. Wow.. it is really effective and a good workout. However, I still need to think an ideal exercise for my lower body parts. Erm... I should have my enthusiasm to strike my dream which is slim down before my eldest sis's wedding.
